This unique approach delivers exceptional data fidelity through a portable, cable-free device* that can be used by patients wherever they are when symptoms occur to capture signals without the need for trained professionals.
In the future, HeartBeam will be able to synthesize the signals into a 12-lead ECG using a personalized transformation matrix. The ease of use will simplify access and shorten the time to receive valuable 12-lead ECG results, especially upon symptom onset, when minutes matter the most.
Additionally, by leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) to analyze the data-rich signals, HeartBeam will be able to improve diagnostic accuracy, track cardiac trends over time, and detect subtle changes that could signal early warning signs. Through the power of AI, HeartBeam has the potential to deliver earlier and more precise management of heart health.
The concept for HeartBeam’s technology was created by Dr. Branislav Vajdic, the co-inventor of flash memory, in collaboration with a Harvard-Beth Israel cardiologist and two nuclear physicists. The technology is well protected with 13 US patents and can be used as a platform technology with broad applications including use in extended wear patches, watches, continuous monitoring systems and with deep learning solutions.
